Close to the train station it is a quick walk. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants very close by. The staff was very welcoming and despite being there earlier than check in time, I could leave my luggage with them. The room was located in the annex building which is a short walk through a hallway. It had the perfect size for an overnight stay and all the amenities one could wish for. It was very clean, the bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable to sleep at and even with the window leading out to the street, it was a peaceful night.

I liked philosophy of the chairman of APA hotel. Details - so many hooks to hang towels, clothes, bags, etc. Had the best toilet paper of all the hotels I used on this trip. Almost everything was thoughtfully planned, I liked the hotel even though the building probably was the oldest of hotels I stayed during this trip

Location was great, quiet but close to a JR station and a big mall. The room is not huge but has decent floor space to open two luggages at the same time. Bathroom amenities were also generous. The hotel staff were really friendly and accomodating; it made for a pleasant stay.

location is very good... very near the JR station of Okayama... there are a lot of konbini nearby and access to establishments to get food or simply make a quick stroll... the room is pretty and clean in general... the bed is comfortable and i like that the bathroom is clean...

Very nice location about 10 min walk from Station with all my bags. Also right next to supermarket and not too far from Okayama Castle (half hour walk). Also good laundry services.

This is the second stay here and it was quite good overall. Location is 5 stars, only 7 minutes walk to the station and huge AEON mall just across the street.

Great that there was use of the onsen. Plus the staff were very helpful in storing our luggage.

- the location of hotel is close to the Okayama station, nonetheless, it takes around 8-10 minutes. - the spa on 2/F is extraordinary! - feel good overall

Best APA hotel I have been so far. The staff at the reception was very helpful and spoke very good English. The facilities are very good and you also have Spa/onsen which is a bonus. Very close to JR station and to a nice shopping mall.
